JOURNEY:

• By luxury air-conditioned vehicle like Innova / Scorpio/ Tavera Indica and Indigo.
• During the journey by vehicle/Trekking Energy Drinks, Coffee , Chocolates, Biscuits & Snacks with a package drinking water will be provided to each tourist.
• During trekking weather proof jacket, trouser, woolen inner, walking sticks will be given against refundable security of Rs. 5000/-.

ACCOMODATION:

• At the point Badrinath, a comfortable hotel will be provided as twin sharing basis with the facilities of running hot/cold water,etc. during night halt.
• During Trekking, Ultra Modern Swiss Tent with the facilities like woolen floor carpet, toilet & hot water will be provided for 4 persons in a tent basis.
• Cloak room facilities are available.
• We undertake to provide almost equally clean and hygienic accommodation in each night halt station.
• A qualified doctor and physiotherapist will be available as and when it is required in case of emergency.

SNACKS & MEALS:

• Hot Vegetable Soup / Hot Tea with Breakfast.
• Indian Veg, lunch & dinner (Strictly without Onion or Garlic) freshly cooked on the spot by our expert cooks in each station.
• During the trekking time to time energy drinks,b iscuits, dry fruits, fresh fruits will be provided.

SPECIAL FACILITIES:

• Throughout the journey a Pandit will be accompanied, who will chant Bhagwat Katha.
• A qualified masseur will be available in the tent who will reduce trekking strain.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Further in the event of the Pilgrim / Tourist leaving the tour midway due to personal reasons, no claim for refund of money either full or part will be entertained by management.
• In the event of breakdown of journey on account of natural calamities or any kind of unforeseen events en-route arrangement for pilgrims / tourists to reach the next destination as per tour programme will be made through locally available transport at that time.
• If a pilgrim / tourist instead of checking in at the reserved destination reach elsewhere and request for adjustment of the amount, it shall not be entertained.
• 5 recent Passport size photographs, Photo copy of ID Proof (Voter ID Card, Pan card, Passport, Driving Licence) before 15 days.

• 50% in advance at the time of booking (non refundable).
• Balance will be paid 10 days before commencement of the journey.
